The Foundation for the Preservation and Promotion of Square Dancing can provide a standard codicil, legal in all fifty states and the Canadian Provinces.

As a legal attachment to an already existing will, a codicil is the means by which funds can be bequeathed to The Foundation. The codicil can be added to a last will and testament with the signature of two witnesses in most cases.
